When do you take the lights down?
Usually in January once the holidays wrap up. We schedule takedown on a mild day when we can work safely, and you do not need to be home for it.
Where are my lights stored?
Off site at our facility, labeled to your home. There are no bins cluttering your garage or attic, and nothing for you to keep track of between seasons.
Do I get the same lights back next year?
Because strands are cut to fit your property and labeled, your display goes right back up the next season. That also makes reinstalling faster and smoother.
Do I have to do anything for takedown?
